COMMERCIAL ACHIEVEMENTS include co-chair of the Port of Melbourne lease transaction steering committee; member of the Victorian Public Service Infrastructure co-ordination committee; successfully negotiated the extension of Crown casino licence; negotiated NDIS and "Gonski" funding agreements with the Commonwealth government; drove "double-digit" annual revenue growth in Standard & Poor's government and financial institutions ratings business; expanded S&P business in New Zealand; successfully led S&P's social policy PPP and project finance business.

PUBLIC SECTOR ACHIEVEMENTS include running the Victorian Government Cabinet office, including advising the Premier on all aspects of infrastructure policy and delivery, economic policy, health, education and human services policy and delivery; successfully advised Premier Napthine on major projects, including East-West, Melbourne Airport Rail, Ararat prison PPP; implemented Victorian College of the Arts police stables project.

LEADERSHIP ACHIEVEMENTS include periods as Acting Secretary (ie, CEO) of the Department of Premier and Cabinet and the Department of Treasury and Finance; provided strategic direction to divisions of 100+ people; member of DPC management board; member of DTF management board (including as chair of risk committee); successfully led S&P's Pacific financial institutions business through the 2008 global financial crisis; recognized leader of S&P's global government ratings business.
